P&A Grant Thornton is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Administrative Analyst to join our Firm’s Technical Standards and Quality Control (TSQC) Team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of any accounting-related course with 1-2 years of experience, preferably at the junior or senior level. This role involves administrative activities to support our TSQC Team to ensure the highest standards of quality in our audit and assurance services, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and adhering with technical and ethical standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Data Collection and Analysis

Gather and analyze data related to engagement performance in audit and assurance division
Data research and information analysis related to audit quality monitoring and technical standards
Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement

Project Management

Monitor TSQC projects aimed at improving administrative functions
Coordinate with various groups or divisions to implement changes and improvements
Monitor TSQC project progress and report on outcomes

Reporting and Documentation

Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on analysis
Document findings, recommendations, and action plans

Qualifications

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with audit teams and other stakeholders. Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with technical and quality control standardsaudit software and tools is a plus.
1-2 years of audit or accounting work experience, preferably at the junior or senior level in a reputable audit firm.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other related courses
